Set fire to the spiral , Velcro traps, spray the dwelling with spray in the morning and leave for the day, a couple of cylinders, take food out of the house immediately after eating, order pest control as a last resort.

BigS has a very large selection of sprays against these reptiles. I process the kitchen 2 times a month and there are no insects. It is more effective to spray at night, ventilate in the morning.
