Hello everyone! Tell me, if I rented a condo on Koh Samui, do I have to pay extra for electricity and water when leaving? We rented for 10 days and the owner billed 700 baht for water and electricity. In other places where we lived, they didn't pay anything over the rent.

The energy is usually 7-8 baht/kilowatt here. If your air conditioner was working regularly, then the amount is correct.
