We are going to Pattaya soon, There are two budget hotels to choose from, Can anyone tell me which one is better to choose? 1) BOTANY BEACH 3* 2) Cosi pattaya Wong.

Botany is not a new hotel on the site of the botanical garden, near the marina with parking for yachts and small ships, a favorite hotel of Thais, many come for holidays and weekends. I rested there for 3 years in a row, it was normal. I don't know anything about the second one.
