Bike taxi — 50-100 baht for a trip to Grab, it seems to me, taking into account the movement, more optimal than driving myself.

Well, if the experience of driving a bike allows you to move around Bangkok on it, and I'm sure that you won't scratch some mers or Lexus in traffic, and if there is an understanding of the specifics of Thai traffic, then I would recommend a bike.
