Where is it more profitable to change money at Bangkok airport or already in the resort area?

At the airport in Bangkok (as in Suvabnarhumi as well as in Don Muang) to change money is not profitable. ATM withdrawal is the same everywhere and more profitable than the change (with the ruble visa / mastercard less profitable than the card attached to the account in usd). In the resort area, it is better to change in the official exchangers from banks. It is very unprofitable to change rubles, the most profitable usd.
