The Bangkok Bank debit Card is the simplest, issued on a tour visa is accepted in Turkey and France. Personally verified.

Debit BKK bank is perfectly accepted abroad, if in principle the International payment is included (you can check by paying online)

They won't open everywhere, especially if you don't have a long visa. With a stamp only Bangkok Bank.
