Come to the opening, wait until lunch, get it. Only 10 people get it without waiting in line.

About a month ago, I just came in the morning and filed on a first-come, first-served basis, and got it an hour later.

I signed up in advance. I just got it today. The woman told me directly and insistently that she wouldn't take any appointments. At most she could make an appointment today. There's a big influx, they're human too.
