Is there a buffet type of café in Bangkok? But not too spicy and not one meat?

The local buffet is called shabu and for 200 baht (usually in BKK) you can eat anything, not spicy in TC but no beef for that price, pork/budget seafood/vegetables.

We go to the chain hotels Holliday, Novatel, Marriott, Sheraton for lunch or dinner. They usually have a buffet on Fridays and weekends. There's a lot of choice and there are discounts.
