PhromPong. There is also a small park nearby. Shopping centers within walking distance and bts in Sukhumvit. In different price segments, housing is around. Ekkamai can be ok deep into the alleys. ThongLo in the alleys, not on the main street. But above average is usually the cost. Wireless rd (everything is green on the street, solid embassies nearby) and Ratchadamri will be beautiful, but only expensive housing from the St. Regis and Waldorf Astoria series. Although Conrad in those parts is from a simpler series. PhromPong and everything on Sukhumvit from Asok to ekkamai will be ok. Chitlom, Siam, Plonchit is ok, but it will be without trees, and a business center with skyscrapers.

Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 - there is a Benjakiti Park near there.
