If you are both Russian and get a Russian marriage certificate, then the confirmation that you are not married, your Russian passports. And if according to Thai law, you take an affidavit that you are not married.

In general, you need to get an afidavit at the consulate, translate it into Thai, and assure the Foreign Ministry.
