Someone from Ukraine in Bangkok did Residence Certificate to get a driver's license? In the consulate said not to give, then go to the immigration office need? Share your experiences.

If you have a work permit, there should be a QR code in the electronic version. Scan the code and there will be extended information from the vork permit.
