I rented for 10k for a month from a Chinese with airbnb, somewhere 100-120b is worth getting to the center, in principle, it's not bad considering that you don't need to sign anything and a deposit of 5k.

It all depends on the area, proximity to the metro, size, elitism... But what does it mean for the first time? Contracts for a year are common here. If less, then usually at least 3 months, increase the price and not everyone agrees to rent for such a period.
