You can change rubles on the spot. You send rubles to the ruble card, the person who has a local card converts your rubles through the cryptocurrency in baht and gives you through an ATM with its small commission. There is a service of issuing cash without having your card. The whole process takes +- 15 minutes. It's the most profitable option.
