Can you please advise me a good insurance company in Bkk, which in case of an accident itself will settle financial issues with the clinic?

I'm fighting with aetna right now! The site has not been working for a week (personal account) applications are not processed, and the clinic (Bangkok hospital in Phuket) laughed when they found out that I have this insurance and refused to contact themselves. Here I'm trying to recapture my almost $1,500 already.

Muangthai, axa, aetnainternational. usually different insurers on different plans have lists of clinics with direct billing, it is worth checking before you sign a contract. plans are easy to compare on misterprakan.
