Depends on the budget. The most popular is Octave bar at the Marriott. but the cocktails there are pretty expensive. There used to be a promotional 1+1 from 17 to 19, now I don't know, I have to check. Very cool Above 11 at Frazer Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11. Very affordable Brewski at the Radisson Blu, lots of beers there.
