Can you tell me how I can open a bank account on a tourist visa? I tried Krungsri in the evening, they don't do it without a residency permit...

You can go to krungsri - you just have to know what to ask for. They don't know everything there themselves. They opened it themselves this week.

Probably nothing. Mb will open a bank in some small city of Bangkok.

You can ask for a Residence certificate or something like that at the embassy of your country.
