You come to the Russian traffic police and quickly get international and everything there just needs to be paid and that's it. Maybe you can wait in line to find out in your city. But you become a legitimate driver. There is crazy traffic in Bangkok And you need to have the right to do anything.

In Bangkok, they are just checking your license, not to mention if you get into an accident, and you will not have a license. Get Thai, it's not that hard.

It's better to get international traffic police tickets cheaper than paying fines.
