Has anyone notarized copies of Russian documents with a notary in Bangkok? How does this process happen? The site does not issue an appointment ... It is also interested in making a general power of attorney. Did someone make out?

General power of attorney only at the consulate. If it's urgent, then call them and indicate the reason for the urgency.
