You can explain a little about the TM30 form. At what point exactly do I need to get it? If I live in different hotels for a week. About settling in or when to immigrate?

You don't need to get a form tm 30 at all. It is a form *from* the host where you are staying (hotel, apartment owner, etc.) for immigration. You just need to get it done. You don't need the form itself, you don't see it.
