are there freelancers in Bangkok with a monthly stibil income? have you registered an individual entrepreneur here? I think what are the chances of being arrested by the Thai tax service while on a student visa

1. If this is income from activities abroad, then there will be no problems with local authorities. The main thing is not to compete with Thais in the local market of goods and services. 2. A foreigner cannot register an individual entrepreneur in Thailand and get a work permit for him. If there is a need to formalize the activity, then you can open a company in a jurisdiction like Singapore, Hong Kong or another offshore.
