For drones in Bangkok, just strictly? Google talks about fines and deadlines if there is no license, and apparently it is not very quickly issued.

It's like that. Two licenses are needed, air and radio frequencies, a couple of years ago, the registration of such took about 3 months even through DJi officials. I don't know if anything has changed now, the main difficulty was that the license was given for a fairly short time, like 4 months there, after which it was necessary to stomp with your feet to reissue it yourself. There are fines in the future, but in fact it seems to me that everyone flies in Tae without a license (which I officially certainly do not recommend)
