Which union pay card is better to take? I read about the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Post Office Bank, it seems they have a better course. Or is it better to open a local union pay here right away and will it be possible to throw rubles on it? Does anyone have such an experience?

The main thing is not to take a dollar one, and yuan dollars are converted through yuan at a shitty rate (I was paying in USD here Rosselkhoz and won't do it again))))
