Can anyone know accommodation in Phuket private rooms not in the old town and not in Patong up to 300 batt/day?

I sent my friends this announcement: I will re-rent the studio to DCondo Kathu, check-in and viewing on November 11. The condo has a swimming pool, fitness room, laundry. Annual contract, 6500 baht per month, deposit 8000 baht, studio is located on the ground floor, windows to the courtyard with swimming pool. I did not live in it, I booked just in case, as there was no response from the owner of the current apartment. My interest is to return the prepayment for the reservation of 3000 baht.
