All contracts of three years or more must be registered and must be drawn up in Thai (I'm not sure about bi- and multi-lingual contracts, I wasn't interested)

Up to three years is not required, and the contract up to three years can be concluded in English Fish Thai standard contract can be found on the key phrase " Thai residential lease agreement
