On the migration site in Bangkok Documents: 1) Application from residence certificate. 2) Copy of previous notifications of staying over 90 days. 3) Copy of receipt of notification ( if available). 4) Copy of foreign passport: - photo and information page, - arrival stamp page, - page of last extension visa. 5) Copy of departure card (TM. 6) (Arrival cards are issued on the plane upon arrival in Thailand). 6) 2 photo.
