Hello, everyone! Has anyone used a Raiffeisen card in Thailand? Is it possible to withdraw money from it through an ATM or transfer money to a Thai card?

Which one, by the world? the world does not work in Tae, and Russian visas and mastercard do not work anywhere. You can transfer to a Thai card either with swift (it seems that Rife hasn't been unscrewed yet), or, they say, through things like a golden crown, but I haven't tried to throw it on a Thai card, since I don't have it yet.
