Hello. I'm going to Thailand to fly via Dubai to Bangkok. Tell me what are the rules of being in the transit zone of Dubai. And is PCR necessary if there is a certificate printed in two languages? What else might be needed. Thank you.

Arrived in Dubai, entered the transit zone and... The only thing that may be needed there is money to rummage around the dutik, someone does not ask anything, and there is no one to ask.

Only in English in printed form I was asked in Moscow. Nowhere else.

I flew in August through Dubai as a transit flight and had a 3.5 hour layover. You just need to have a vaccination or psr, and a mask, and just in case you can find out everything on the website of the airline through which you are flying.
