Not according to official statistics, but from personal experience: after visiting the immigration office 4 days ago I got sick with crown, for the first time in my life, although both mask and distance. Prior to that, 8 days did not go anywhere, as treated for acute respiratory infections, which now affects a lot of people. Within 8 days he took 3 negative tests, after the bureau the very next day felt something wrong and tested positive. Maybe it was corona originally and the tests don't catch this strain well, but scientifically it's unlikely. The self-isolation ended up lasting indefinitely.
