As far as I know, there is no limit on the number of uses of different visa-free visits in principle. There are country-specific restrictions (both official: e.g. Korean KETA 60+30 days, and unofficial: something about no more than two visa-free stamps in Thailand during the year). There are limits on tax residency: if you are absent for more than 180 days over the past 12 months in your country, you lose its tax residency (for Russia this is an increase in personal income tax from 13 to 30, and a number of other things). If you have been in any country for more than 180 days, respectively, must become a tax resident. This depends on your status, but, for example, Georgia allows you to stay with them for more than six months as a tourist, but de facto as far as I know, there is no practice that the taxmen start wondering about you. There are some unclear points: for example, in theory you can lose the tax residency of your country, and travel a little bit to other countries, without becoming a tax resident, but what are the limitations of this scheme in practice, it is unclear. Also in terms of stamps in your passport: you may run out of space, blank pages, and also at passport control there may be questions that you are such a traveler, what did you do where.
