Of the Russian cards, only UnionPay can work. Make out the one that suits you best according to the conditions. I use UnionPay from RSHB (nominal, ruble), it has been accepted everywhere so far. There will be a commission of 220 baht for cash withdrawal at an ATM (this is for any foreign banks, as far as I understand).
