Hi all. If a bike is rented in Bangkok for a long time (not new) and needs maintenance (oil, pads or struts), who does it all? Renter or bike owner?

According to a number of unspoken, but obvious rules, sometimes prescribed in the contract - the owner, but a couple of times I did not disdain to change the pads myself and do what I received compensation from the owner in honor of.

Host. It will inform you when you need to come to the service, well, or if there is an obvious problem, then immediately write. Usually it is in the contract that you need to come in case of any problems or service requirements.
