AppStore regional. What's in Ru is not what's in Thai or other countries. Software update and marketplace are different unrelated things.

It is better not to update. Download rustor, now you can find Sber as Sbol.

It all depends on how you update. if the version on, everything works. if you change the pipe, you have to do some tricks that would leave everything.
