In Thailand there is a law - you cannot take a charter flight without special permission, if you flew into the country with a regular flight. That is, if you flew in a charter, then you can fly without permission only a charter of the same airline or any regular (non-charter) flight of any airline. If you violate this rule, you may not be checked-in or allowed on the flight when you try to fly. The airlines refer to a letter from the Thai Civil Aviation Department to UTair. An example of a non departure from the media. Can: Charter - Regular Charter - Charter (by the same airline) Cannot: Regular - Charter Charter Charter - Charter (different airlines) How to get permission: A person applies to an agent or airline, depending on who bought the ticket. If to the agent, then the agent makes inquiry to the airline, and the latter in its turn makes inquiry to DCA. If the airline has purchased the ticket, then the request is made to the airline, and that in turn makes a request to DCA.
