The pharmacy sells an analogue of our voltaren, which includes diclofenac.

And then there are various warming patches. You can get them at any drugstore and sometimes even at 7/11. Heat patch There are some for the neck and some for the lower back, but they are essentially the same, I think. Some are ointment-soaked like tiger balm and some are ointment-free, just warming. Also Neotica Balm ointment was recommended to me by my doctor, but I don't know how much better it is than others. There are a lot of ointments like that in the pharmacy.

Tigerbalm red, try it. It helps me sometimes.
