Travel around the districts yourself. The center has its pros and cons. There are a lot of good neighborhoods here, they're just a little different all. And yes, proximity to the BTS is super important if you plan to move on it. As for the noise - well, this is also a very variable value. In the same building, it can be wildly noisy (if the hut has windows on the road) and quiet (if the windows overlook the courtyard). Therefore, look at Google Maps where the condo you need is, ask the owners immediately where the windows go, whether there is noise insulation on the windows, etc. Then come and watch and listen already on the spot.
