The medicine here is good, but insurance is needed. For children, it is usually twice as expensive as for an adult. You are unlikely to call an ambulance, it is easier to come by yourself (it seems only in the Russian Federation an ambulance arrives by one call) Antibiotics are loved here, local people are treated mainly with folk remedies.
