If without quarantine, then vaccination, psr tests on departure and on arrival. Hotel or 2 nights (1st and 5th, test and go), or sandbox 7 nights. If not vaccinated, then quarantine for 10 days. To fly in you need insurance, with coverage of not less than $ 50k per person and preferably to cover unsympathetic kovid.
