TM30 (primary registration) ¹ Passport ² Real estate rental contract ³ Signed photocopy of the house documents (tabien baan) ⁴ Signed photocopy of the owner's ID card ⁵ Power of Attorney, if the tenant submits TM30 (repeatedly, for a previously registered address) ¹ Passport ² Power of Attorney ³ Completed TM30 form. The 5th point, in the initial registration.
