There from balikhai it seems to take private traders on it. They carry. But it doesn't seem cheap to me.

Of course there are no ferries there, only as part of a sea tour. It's a military island, it's not easy to land there, it's better to book an organized excursion.

Apparently there are no ferries there. By private car only apparently. And that's at any time.
