I put medicines in my luggage and did not declare anything. A block of cigarettes is also in the luggage and that's it. I doubt that they will be outraged by an open pack of cigarettes and count you separately and luggage and by cigarette - this is not Singapore. In Thailand, it's easier with the laws. I spend an electronic cigarette for the second time by chance in my hand luggage, apparently they perceive it by the handle.)))
