Is it really possible to find a decent condo in the area of 20-25k per month with a basik and a hall? Or do I need to spread more? We will look for housing separately for one married couple and one man.

They say housing on the n. g is very tight and everyone is interested in annual contracts. So be safe, monitor ARNB and M. Place every day, maybe you'll be lucky without walking around the condo.

On the spot to look is either to drive on condos, or contact local agencies. As for the price, it all depends on the size of the apartment, its condition and distance from the center / sea.

You can find accommodation with a basik and a gym, even with two or three basikas for 8-10 k baht. For 20-25 it will be something of a luxury.
