Between banks in Kyrgyzstan it is not always possible to transfer directly from card to card, so: 1. Swift between currency cards of KG banks 2. Transfer from KG currency card to ELKART card of the same bank with conversion to KGS, and then from ELKART to MIR card with conversion to rubles 3. P2P via crypto.
