Can you please tell me if it is realistic to make an extension after the first stamp for a person with a Russian passport?

Really. 7 days can only be extended after 45 days. Well, maybe you can make a couple more days overstay (pay a fine) - but it is at your own risk! We had in 2019 three days overstay, paid a fine at the airport and released normal. but that was long ago and now immigration control has become stricter.
