Who already lives in a condo. Did you go to the migration office with the papers on the lease? If so, how did it go in general and what was the purpose of the visit.

If you planned to get a license, open an account, send a child to a kindergarten or a local school, extend a three-month visa, then you need to register. Take your passport, lease agreement and go. If you just came to rest and leave according to the stamp, then you can not worry.

We TM-30 (registration) was done by our realtor herself. If it doesn't, you need to collect the documents and go and do the registration yourself.
