It is better not to take ruble cash, the rate is 0.38. Cash dollars are not bad, the Union Pay card is also, but it has expensive service and a commission of 220 baht for withdrawal. I use a crypto exchange - I buy USDT for rubles, sell it in an exchange office in the Riviera for baht, the rate is acceptable.
