The landlord does it. - A copy of the lease agreement. - Copy of landlord's ID. - A copy of the certificate of registration of the property If the landlord is not Thai (company or foreigner), there will be a bunch of documents. If you are from the Middle East, you will have to talk to the immigration office and get a clearance.
