Hi all, are there any water activities (diving, jet skis, sapboards, kayaks)? and in Pattaya the water is emerald?

In Pttt the water is filthy awful But you can sail to the island and there the water is crystal clear.

I've been to Pattaya many times, but I've never been there to swim, just to get my feet wet) mostly on the islands. On different islands and beaches different ravelikha).
