No needSmile I fly abroad with my daughter without daddy ( only sometimes my daughter asked the customs officials on our side who I am to her.

In general, they are vigilant only when leaving the country of citizenship of the child, the rest of the countries do not care. How many times have we flown around the world with our daughter, we only looked at the birth certificate when leaving the country. Consent was canceled a long time ago, by default it is there if there is no prohibition from the second parent.
