Who has the solidarity Union Pay card. Please tell me if it turns out to pay with a card in the shopping center, and in 7/11? And if you withdraw cash, how much does the ATM and the bank charge? do you see the conversion rate on the Union Pay website?

Yes, I paid in 7/11, and in other stores. A couple of times it happened that the card did not pass – then in cash. With Solidarity when withdrawing with all commissions, the course of about 1.8 came out for me.
