Can you tell me if Union Pei cards are relevant in Thailand? From which banks is it better to buy them? And is there any benefit in this?

If there is no annual visa, you will not be given any card (I was not given) except Union Pay of Bangkok Bank. And only in baht currency. For visa card from the same bank should be 2 weeks then you can change the union pay to visa. At any branch of the bank. As I was told in the main branch of the bank in Bangkok. And Union Pay in most stores does not work.
